Transnational Project Meeting in Portugal (TPM2)

The second TPM of our project (Guide to Health) was organised in Portugal on 4-9. November 2024.
At this meeting, we threw ourselves into the work with great strength, because we had to discuss a
lot of things.

The Qualitas Ltd. briefly presented a the results of self-assessment questionnaire about self-
knowledge and self-esteem for teachers and students, which are the part of WP2. We determined
what the impact of WP2 was: Coaching for teachers and positive relationships in the classroom;
Methodologies and tools for mental health for teachers; Increased awareness of mental health;
Increased confidence in self-education; Improved resilience and stress management; Increased
effectiveness in helping; Increased capacity for cooperation.

We agreed that the WP2 leader (AGRUPAMENTO DE ESCOLAS DE ARRIFANA, Portugal) will make a summary document about WP2 results by the end of November.
We started preparing the WP3. This work package includes a methodological guidebook (e- guidebook) elaborating the physical, social, and artistic activities that can be useful to manage anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional and social problems. We assigned which organization should be responsible for each of the 15 chapters.

After that, it was crucial, that to talk about the budget and to the monitoring of the activities. The
Qualitas Ltd. provided information for the Partners about the following project management tasks
and deadlines (administration; monitoring; quality management; reports for National Agency) and
about how to fill out the documents. In this meeting we finalized the most important dates and
deadlines.

We also put a lot of emphasis on dissemination. We will continue to manage the GTH website, the Facebook page, and newsletters. We drew attention to the fact that the project must appear on the partners’ website (in a fixed place, not in the news), and we have to do more things to disseminate the project in online and offline forms. First of all, we created an Instagram profile for the project, called guidetohealth_project.

All our partners participated actively at this second TPM, contributing to the high professional standard of the meeting with their professional experiences.
In the evenings we went to social dinners, which created a great opportunity to talk to each other in an informal way and to know each other better during the joint meal. We found again that this is a good team because both personally and professionally we get along great and can progress well together in the project.
