Project activities
WP1 – Project management: focuses on project management activities: QM handbook, which ensures project progress, monitoring, progress, periodic, final reports and quality management and evaluation strategy. Form and means of communication, PM short meetings, Five TPMs, Workshops, Conference and the exhibition with performance
WP2 – ALARM: focuses on signs of mental health
1. Self-assessment questionnaire about self-knowledge and self-esteem for teachers and helping professionals to promote the self-knowledge and self-identity of teachers and helpers
2. Implementation of an international workshop aiming the self-development of teachers based on the SUPREM material and case reports: learning more creative and innovative methods, improvement of professional competences, strengthening the ability of teachers to collaborate effectively
3. Building a collaborative community for teachers: the wellbeing of the teachers is crucial for the efficient help of the students having mental health problems
4. Selection of appropriate psychological tests for students focusing on anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional intelligence, social competences
5. Self-assessment test of the students aided by the teachers of the partner schools and collection of the test data
6. Evaluation of the results of the self-assessment test and the determination of the most important needs of students that will be elaborated in WP3
7. A summary document about the experiences of the teachers’ workshop and about the results of self-assessment test of the students will be produced in English
8. Selection of the main areas of the development for WP3 to manage anxiety of students
WP3 – E-MOTION focuses on the solution by creating an e-guidebook
1. A methodological e-guidebook for teachers and helpers will be developed containing physical, social, and artistic activities that can be useful to manage anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional and social problems of students. The guidebook will contain 15 chapters (3 methodological tools such as physical, social, and artistic activities for each key area).
2. The supplementary material of the guidebook will be created by the partners that contains videos, visual elements, templates, music recordings.
3. The content of the guidebook will be tested in the partner schools by participating students and teachers and the experiences will be collected and evaluated. A summary document of the training experiences will be produced.
4. Based on the summary document of the testing phase, the guidebook will be revised, corrected and finalized by the partners in common agreement.
WP4 – CALM: finalization of the e- guidebook
1. Measurement and evaluation of the impact of the mental health interventions at school: individual-level tests will be completed by the students, the results will be collected and evaluated by the teachers.
2. Organization of the workshop for students, teachers and helpers in Italy
3. Evaluation and feedback of the E-MOTION strategy during the workshop for students, teachers and helpers in Italy, preparation of visual and practical supplementary material for the e-guidebook
4. Finalization of the e-guidebook (15 chapters) with detailed description of the physical, social and creative mental health intervention completed with visual and practical supplementary materials
5. Publication of the e-guidebook
WP5 – focuses on dissemination activities
1. Final conference for teachers and helping professionals. Final conferences in every partner country (HU, PT, GR, IT).
Aims to summarize the results, presenting the deliverables and the experiences of the implementation. The main target group of the conferences will be the formal supporting organizations and their leaders, policy makers. 30 participants from HU, 20-20 participants from the other countries, 90 in total.
2. An EXHIBITION and PERFORMANCES (in HU, PT, GR, IT) will be organized for the primary target group, students and teenagers. The e-guidebook includes the areas covered by different methods (including dance, music, drama pedagogy elements), so the students covered all of this in the school workshops during the project. We will get a taste of this during WP4, which is still awaiting finalization. After finalization, during WP5, we would like to present some of the mentioned performances at the same time as the Conference.
The exhibition and performances will be both online and onsite. 30 participants from HU, 20-20 participants from the other countries, 90 in total.
