1.     What is the purpose of the information?

The purpose of this information sheet is to provide information on the data protection and data management principles applied by Qualitas T&G Kft. in connection with sending the newsletter .

4.     Legal basis, purpose and method of data management

4.1. Data management is carried out on the basis of your voluntary, adequately informed statement, which statement contains your express consent to the use of the personal data provided during the subscription to the newsletter. 7.     Your rights and remedies

7.1. You have the right to request information about your personal data managed by the Data Controller at any time, and you can also change them at any time by sending an e-mail request to the contact details in point 7.3.

7.2. At your request, the data controller provides information about the data it manages about you, the data processed by the data processor commissioned by it or at its disposal, its source, the purpose, legal basis and duration of the data processing, as well as the name, address and activities related to data processing of the data processor, the data protection about the circumstances of the incident, its effects and the measures taken to prevent it, and – in the case of forwarding the Data Subject’s personal data – about the legal basis and recipient of the data forwarding in writing within one month from the date of submission of the request.

The data controller – through its data protection officer – keeps a register for the purpose of checking the measures related to the data protection incident and for your information, which includes the range of personal data concerned, the range and number of persons affected by the data protection incident, the date, circumstances, effects of the data protection incident and the measures taken to prevent it. , as well as other data specified in the law that prescribes data management.

7.4. You have the right to request the correction or deletion of your incorrectly recorded data at any time. The data controller corrects or deletes the data within one month from the date of receipt of the request sent to the e-mail address qualitas@qualitas.hu .

If the Data Controller does not comply with the Data Subject’s request for correction or deletion, within one month of receiving the request, the Data Controller shall notify the factual and legal reasons for rejecting the request for deletion in writing.

The Data Subject may object to the processing of his personal data. The data controller examines the objection as soon as possible, but no later than one month after the submission of the application, makes a decision on its validity, and informs the applicant of his decision in writing.

7.5. The Data Subject can file a complaint with the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa u. 9-11; www.naih.hu, info@naih.hu).

7.6. If you provided third-party data to use the service, the Data Controller is entitled to claim compensation from you. In such a case, the data controller will provide all possible assistance to the acting authorities in order to establish the identity of the person who violated the law.

8.     Unsubscribe

In the case of a newsletter, the Data Controller manages your data provided during subscription to the newsletter until you unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the newsletter. If you unsubscribe, the Data Controller will no longer contact you with the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter free of charge and withdraw your consent at any time.

9.     Other provisions

9.1. In any case, if the Data Controller intends to use the provided data for a purpose other than the purpose of the original data collection, it will inform you of this and obtain your prior express consent, or provide you with the opportunity to prohibit the use.

9.2. The data manager undertakes to ensure the security of the data, and to take the technical measures that ensure that the recorded, stored and managed data are protected, and to do everything possible to prevent their destruction, unauthorized use and unauthorized alteration.
