The results of the Guide to Health project are published below, in reverse chronology.

To assess the project’s effectiveness, measurements were taken before the interventions began in September 2025, and again once they were complete in October 2025. (The report presents the results of the intervention effectiveness for each of the examined areas. We were also able to compare our data in certain areas with the first study result, which was conducted in 2024.)

Based on the previous results (self-assessment questionnaires) and the workshop for teachers and helpers, a summary document of the experiences was prepared, which we call “ALARM: Focusing on signs of mental health”. We also attach two appendices that you can use in your work.

First, in our project, we created a self-assessment questionnaire on self-knowledge and self-evaluation for teachers and helping professionals in order to promote the self-knowledge and self-identity of teachers and helping professionals. At the same time, in another self-assessment questionnaire, we focused on students’ anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional intelligence, and social competence.
