The kick-off meeting of our project (Guide to Health) was organised in Hungary, in
Szeged on 22-23.05.2024. Besides the general overview and planning of project
activities (project management, quality management, and dissemination tasks), this
meeting was used for starting the development of the work package, named:
ALARM.
Our project partners delegated 2-2 people from the following organisations:
Agrupamento de Escolas de Arrifana, Santa Maria da Feira (POR), Istituto
Comprensivo Perugia 2 (IT) and 6o Gymnasio Patras (GR). From Qualitas T&G Kft.
(HU) 2 professional implementers and the projectmanager were present.
The event started on 22 May at 9.00 am by welcoming the participants and briefly
presenting the program’s structure for the day. The morning programme began with
introductions, where each partner introduced their organisation and their best
practice in school related to mental health.
After that, it was crucial, that at the meeting was introduced well the project
coordinated by Qualitas and to obtain information to the partners about the aim of the
project and the project management handbook, communication platform, website,
newspaper, Facebook, documents, reporting (periodic, progress, final reports),
financial issues: lump sum, etc.
After the lunch break, there were presentations of the WP’s (WP2: ALARM, WP3: E-
MOTION, WP4: CALM) and we have discussed the teacher and student
questionnaires.
The evening on the social dinner created a great opportunity to talk to each other in
an informal way and to know each other better during the joint meal.
During the second day of the kick-off meeting, we finalized the most important dates
of the project (mobilities, TPM’s) and the important milestones, report deadlines,
which were also recorded in a common Google calendar. In addition, we have also
agreed on the responsibilities, so that professional work can start in all participating
countries.
All our partners participated actively at the kick-off meeting, contributing to the high
professional standard of the meeting with their professional experiences.
It was great with a super team.
