TPM and workshop in Italy
The Italian mobility of the Guide to Health project took place in the heart of Perugia, hosted by our wonderful Italian partner.
The five-day workshop combined professional development, artistic expression, and warm Mediterranean hospitality — all contributing to the project’s mission of supporting mental health and well-being

During the workshop, participants continued their professional work on finalizing the digital e-guidebook, which is now heading towards its final stage and will soon be presented at the Hungarian closing event in December. The teams collaborated intensively to finalize the content and design — it was a true demonstration of international teamwork and the sharing of expertise for the creation of something meaningful.
Our Italian partner also introduced the artistic side of the project. Their activities focused on expressing emotions through visual arts, including music workshop, street art photography, and pottery lab carrying inspiring messages about mental health and self-expression. These creative sessions reminded us that art can be a powerful tool for reflection, connection, and healing.
Of course, the week wasn’t only about work — it was about shared experiences too. After a day full of creativity, the host surprised the participants with a special pasta-making evening, where everyone rolled up their sleeves to prepare and enjoy a traditional Italian dinner together. The closing day was crowned with a certificate ceremony in front of the magnificent Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore in Florence — a truly memorable finale to a wonderful week.
We are deeply grateful to our Italian colleagues for their kindness and hospitality, and to all our international partners for the inspiring collaboration. Next stop: Szeged, Hungary — December!
